Refund policy

Any booked workshops cancelled more than 48 hours before the start date will be refunded 100%. 

Any booked workshop cancelled less than 48 hours before the start date with be refunded 50%.

If you wish to cancel a booking contact us as soon as possible and we will issue your refund, usually the same day.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital books or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to switch workshops, or come on another date, contact us direct and if possible we will adjust your booking for you.

Cancelled Workshops
If for any reason we need to cancel a workshop due to illness for example, we will contact you and offer an alternative option. If this isn't acceptable you will receive a full 100% refund.
